Azmeena Bhanji is regional General Manager, Real Estate Developments for PDM Holdings Limited, an affiliate of the Aga Khan Development Network
A lawyer and structural/civil engineer by profession, Azmeena has over 30 years of experience in public and private sector real estate development, construction, and facilities management, as well as construction claims litigation.
Since joining PDM in 2014, Azmeena has played a key role in driving PDM’s property development strategy regionally with a focus on iconic and environmentally sustainable developments.

Azmeena is also Vice Chair of the Kenya Green Building Society and a member of the KPDA Affordable Housing Task Force.
