CS. IBRAHIM KITOO, MCIArb
Advocate of the High Court of Kenya, Certified Secretary (CS), Governance, Ethics, Risk & Compliance Expert, Public Private Partnerships (CP3P–F) and Project Management Professional of more than twelve (12) years post graduate/hands-on legal corporate and projects development, finance and management experience;
Currently engaged as the Chief Legal Officer, Projects & Disputes Resolution with the Kenya Electricity Generating Company PLC;
2022 Fellow – Sustainable Infrastructure Fellowship Program – leading to a Masters Certificate in Sustainable Infrastructure Development and Finance. This is a G7 Initiative, under the auspices of Investor Leadership Network (ILN), with the support from the Government of Canada & in collaboration with the Schulich School of Business, York University, Toronto, Canada.
Holds a Masters Degree in Law (specializing in public finance and financial services law) and Bachelors Degree in Law from the University of Nairobi and currently a PhD in Law Candidate at the University of Nairobi.
Graduate of the Oxford’s Leading Strategic Projects Programme at the Said Business School, University of Oxford; and also Kenya School of Government Strategic Leadership Development Programme;
Alumni of the FIDIC Training Programme delivered under the auspices of King’s College London, Centre of Construction Law & Disputes Resolution/FIDIC Summer School 2021;
